The roasting process is conducted using production equipment that treats the nuts with hot air, without the use of oils.
This roasting method ensures that the nuts retain their beneficial properties, the oils do not transform into trans fats, and the product does not gain additional calories.
Filling with food-grade nitrogen displaces oxygen, preventing the development of anaerobic bacteria and organisms, and inhibits the oxidation process.
Hermetic sealing ensures no contact with the external environment.
